Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our applications (Promptelle, Family Budget App, and other services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our apps. By using the service, you represent that you are at least 13 years old.

2. Description of Service

Elias-Shammo Partners LLC develops mobile applications including:

• Promptelle: A prompt management application that allows you to save, organize, and optimize AI prompts
• Family Budget App: A shared family expense tracking application

Each app may have additional specific terms that apply to its use.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or use

Each person may only maintain one account per app. Creating multiple accounts may result in termination of all accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to breach, circumvent, or test the security of our systems
• Share harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service

5. Intellectual Property

Our applications, including their original content, features, functionality, and branding, are owned by Elias-Shammo Partners LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the content you create within our apps (prompts, financial data, etc.). By using our services, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Our apps may offer both free and paid subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Basic features with usage limits
• Paid Subscriptions: Enhanced features billed monthly or annually

Payments are processed securely via Stripe or through the App Store. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app or through the App Store. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any data loss. We recommend maintaining your own backups.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms of Service.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately, and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
